Mr. Matthew D'Ambrosio serves as Senior Vice President of Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. and has been its Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer since 2010. Mr. D'Ambrosio has over 17 years of experience in legal, corporate compliance and government contracts and pricing roles across the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Sunovion, Mr. D'Ambrosio served as Vice President, U.S. Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer at Prostrakan, Inc where he was responsible for all U.S. legal and compliance matters. Previously, Mr. D'Ambrosio served as the Head of Compliance for North America for Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Inc., an emerging global pharmaceutical company, and as Chief Compliance Officer for Reliant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., one of the country's largest privately-held pharmaceutical companies. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Johnson & Johnson, where he was one of the company's first compliance directors and led compliance initiatives in each of the company's business sectors: medical device and diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. Mr. D'Ambrosio was previously adjunct faculty at Seton Hall Law in the Health Law Program. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from Rider University; an MBA from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law.

Tim Ayers is the VP, Chief Compliance Officer for Horizon Pharma plc. In that role, is the global compliance officer and responsible for the compliance program. Prior to that, he was the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer for Dendreon Corporation. He has held various legal and compliance roles at small oncology biotech companies where he established and implemented the compliance programs, and also provided legal counsel to all areas of the business.

Prior to joining the in-house ranks, Tim was an attorney in the healthcare group for the Washington, DC Office of Winston & Strawn, LLP. Tim is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he also obtained his J.D. in 1998. He subsequently obtained his Masters in Public Health from Columbia University in 2000.

Jeff Kawalek is a compliance professional with over seventeen years of pharmaceutical experience with a focus on developing and implementing effective pharmaceutical compliance programs, mitigating risk, and advancing compliance with Company policy and Federal and state healthcare laws.

Jeff currently works at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. He supports the Vice President, Ethics & Compliance and has a primary focus on overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing the Ipsen North America Ethics and Compliance Program.

Prior to Ipsen, Jeff worked at Novo Nordisk Inc. and supported the Chief Compliance Officer to set and accomplish the strategic objectives of the corporate compliance program. He contributed to the development of the compliance program and had responsibilities leading various functions including: Federal [Sunshine] Open Payments and state reporting, monitor and auditing, risk management, and components of the Corporate Integrity Agreement. He supported several global compliance initiatives, completing extended business trips in Copenhagen, Denmark and Zurich, Switzerland.

Jeff also worked as a management consultant assisting pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers on compliance related matters. He was one of the first hires into Huron Consulting Group LLC's Life Sciences Practice. He also worked in KPMG's Pharmaceutical Risk Advisory Services focusing on commercial, government contracting, and pricing matters. Jeff began his career as a business analyst with Computer Sciences Corporation. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The University of Delaware and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Jennifer is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. She joined Otsuka in January 2011 as Senior Compliance Counsel, overseeing compliance with the Corporate Integrity Agreement, implementation of the company's Aggregate Spend solution and transparency reporting, and providing compliance support to the CardioRenal and Oncology franchises. Prior to joining Otsuka, Jennifer spent 7 ½ years as a litigation attorney in the White Collar Group at the Washington, D.C. office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, focused on the representation of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in government investigations. Jennifer also served on active duty in the US Army for more than 13 years, trying more than 70 felony cases, and recently retired from the Army Reserves.

Margaret has been with Sanofi US or its predecessor company since November 2001, when she joined the Aventis Pharmaceuticals Legal Department, supporting the Respiratory franchise. Margaret moved to the Compliance team in 2007, and now supports a variety of business groups and compliance functions. Prior to Sanofi US, Margaret was part of the Litigation group at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, LLP in New York. Margaret is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, received an M.A. degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

Debra Scanlon (Deb) is the administrator for PCF, supporting its members and the leadership team. She was formerly with Bristol Myers Squibb Company where she worked for over 27 years. Deb's final role was as Associate Director, Compliance & Ethics where she led the strategy, design and delivery of compliance education & communications to all U.S. based employees. Deb's prior roles at Bristol Myers Squibb were reflective of her interests to support and enable the field sales organization. Her positions within sales operations included Field Incentive Compensation Strategy, Sales Automation, Samples Management and Sales Reporting and Analytics.

Deb received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J. She also received a Mini MBA Business Certificate from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ
